Docks available for sale may only be sold to eligible property owners in Sorrento South Subdivision or Sorrento East Subdivisions (Private homes in Sorrento East and Sorrento East Villas). Proof of property ownership must be provided to the Sorrento Dock Owners Association prior to any dock sale.

Prior to renting, the dock owner is required to submit the “Dock Rental Form”, complete with renter’s name, address & boat details. Email the completed form, boat registration and insurance dec page to sdoainc@gmail.com for board approval.

Boat slip 101 for rent, available immediately, $300/month with 24' maximum boat length. This is a slip ONLY, there is NOT a boat lift. Boat must be insured and there is an application (fee applies) submitted to the dock association for approval. Renter must live in one of the approved Sorrento neighborhoods.
